For a while now I’ve been hearing about this Scientific 7 Minute Workout so I finally decided to check into it. After searching through and watching several videos on YouTube I found this one by fitnessblender.com, which I liked the best.
I have to admit after 7 minutes I had surprisingly worked up a sweat and enjoyed the each transition. Some of the moves within the workout consist of jumping jacks, push ups, planks, and chair climbing. However, if you’re looking to lose weight or tone I don’t believe only 7 minutes a day is going to “get the job done” so to speak. I would recommend doing this video a few times through. No matter what, getting your heart rate up and getting some exercise is good, but you’re going to need more than 7 minutes if you have specific goals in mind. I’d combine the 7 minute workout with another video or other exercise routine.
