I admit to trying the Scientific 7 Minute Workout and was surprised that it got my heart beating as fast as it did, so I decided to see what other short workouts were out there for those days when you’re in a hurry.
I found that Vogue put together a great list and I was happy to see Yoga With Adriene made it there. I can’t say enough about Adriene’s yoga videos. They have changed my life. Here are a few others they recommended, which can be done in the comfort of your own home and often for free!

Pop Pilates at Blogilates
If you’re not a fan of HIIT, try Blogpilates, Youtube fitness channel and your new go-to for pop-fusion Pilates.
